Our method

How We Rate Bookmakers, Casinos & Poker Rooms

Every rating on GamblersPeak comes from the same published, weighted model — applied identically to every operator, and backed by measurements we take ourselves. Here is exactly how it works.

Most review sites score structure — a hero box, a bonus table, an FAQ. We score evidence that can't be produced without an actual test. That means a measured payout percentage rather than the operator's claim, a withdrawal time in hours and minutes rather than the word “fast,” and a scoring model with weights we publish rather than hide.

Each criterion is scored from 0 to 10. We multiply each by its weight and sum them into a score out of 100; the star rating is that score divided by 20 (0.0–5.0). The weights live in our database, so if we ever retune the model every review recomputes at once — the number you see on a review, in a comparison table and in our sitemap is always the same number.

    The evidence behind a score

    Odds & payout

We record the odds for a fixed basket of markets within a single 15-minute window, compute the payout percentage (100 ÷ the sum of implied probabilities), and report the delta against Pinnacle measured in the same window. We store the raw odds, not just the average, and show how many markets were measured.

    Withdrawal speed

We deposit, meet the wagering requirement, request a withdrawal and record the exact time from request to funds received — a withdrawal from an untouched deposit is not a real test. Fees, method and any mid-flow KYC delay are recorded separately.

    Our own screenshots

Every screenshot is ours — no stock images, no operator press assets — and carries the date it was captured. The bonus terms we show are the ones that appear in the account, not the marketing page.

    The rules we enforce

    • • No criterion scores above 9.0 without at least one linked piece of evidence — a real odds measurement, withdrawal test or screenshot.
    • • A review not tested for 180 days is flagged stale, and its rating shows a “last tested” warning until we re-check it.
    • • Every review must state who the operator is not suitable for. No exceptions — it's the most honest signal we can give you.
    • • We only list operators licensed where you can legally use them. Licensing is a gate, not a bonus.
